All stationery is handmade, slight variations in design and colour may occur between each item and any samples previously supplied.  Sometimes the colour printed may not seem identical as what your monitor may show due to your monitor not being calibrated for correct colour.  It may show it as slightly lighter or darker or a slightly different shade.

After purchasing your items please send the required wording to us by email.  A full set of proofs will then be sent to you with a sample of the wording for approval via email.   Check all details of the proof, advise of any amendments and confirm acceptance by confirming in an email.  Proof reading is the responsibility of the client.  We cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after proofs have been approved.  Any changes made after going to print will incur an additional charge.

Please allow up to 3 weeks from approval of proofs to the completion and delivery of the order. 

Please contact us before placing an urgent order, and you will be advised immediately if we can meet your deadline.

We cannot be held responsible for gaining the copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems etc used in the Order of Service.  This is for the client’s discretion. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail. Charges will be as follows:-

Prices quoted by e-mail, phone or post are valid for a term of 30 days. All orders are subject to stock availability. 

If we experience difficulty in obtaining necessary materials, you will be informed and similar materials of the equivalent quality will be suggested.

Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with each other.  Only one promotion can be used with any one order.  Discounts do not apply to postage and packing.
