After purchasing your items please send the required wording to us by email. A full set of proofs will then be sent to you with a sample of the wording for approval via email.

Check all details of the proof, advise of any amendments and confirm acceptance by confirming in an email. Proof reading is the responsibility of the client. We cannot be held responsible for any errors that go unnoticed after proofs have been approved. Any changes made after going to print will incur an additional charge.

Please allow up to 3 weeks from approval of proofs to the completion and delivery of the order.

Please contact us before placing an urgent order, and you will be advised immediately if we can meet your deadline.

We cannot be held responsible for gaining the copyright permission for the use of hymns, poems etc used in the Order of Service. This is for the client’s discretion.
